| REFRESHER TRAINING | -Every 3 years after the original date of issue if the individual completed a training course with a course test and hands-on assessment, OR -Every five years if the individual completed a training course with a proficiency test |
| RECIPROCITY | Reciprocity is available if the individual holds a valid certification issued by EPA or by a state or tribal program that has been authorized by EPA according to 40 C.F.R. 745.324. |
