| COMPANY APP REQUIREMENTS | Supervisors must work for a Connecticut licensed Lead Abatement Contractor ($625 annual fee). If you are sole proprietor, you are required to be credentialed both as a Lead Abatement Contractor and hold the Lead Supervisor discipline. |
| REFRESHER TRAINING | Annual refresher training and application renewal is required. |
| RECIPROCITY | Training must be with a CT approved training provider. If you have been licensed in another state for at least 4 years, reciprocity for training may be granted as long as that state's standards are equal to or higher than CT. |
