| COMPANY APP REQUIREMENTS | Lead Project Designers must work for a Connecticut licensed Lead Consultant Contractor ($625 annual fee). If you are sole proprietor, you are required to be credentialed both as a Lead Consultant Contractor and hold the Lead Project Designer designation. |
| REFRESHER TRAINING | Annual refresher training and application renewal is required. |
