INDIVIDUAL APP REQUIREMENTS | $50 annually |
INDIVIDUAL EXAM FEES | Third party exam. $70 for each attempt. |
COMPANY APP REQUIREMENTS | Supervisors must work for a Connecticut licensed Lead Abatement Contractor ($625 annual fee). If you are sole proprietor, you are required to be credentialed both as a Lead Abatement Contractor and hold the Lead Supervisor discipline. |
REFRESHER TRAINING | Annual refresher training and application renewal is required. |
RECIPROCITY | Initial training must be from a CT approved training provider. If you are licensed in another state, reciprocity for training will be granted as long as that state's standards are equal to or higher than CT. |
