PREREQUISITES | Successfully complete and receive a course completion certificate for a Lead Supervisor training course; AND meet one of the following: Bachelors degree and at least 1 year of experience in a related field; OR A certified industrial hygienist, or be licensed, registered or certified as an engineer, architect or in a related scientific field or be registered as a sanitarian; OR A high school diploma or equivalency and at least 2 years of experience in a related field |

INDIVIDUAL APP REQUIREMENTS | $50 annually |
INDIVIDUAL EXAM FEES | Third party exam. $70 for each attempt. |
COMPANY APP REQUIREMENTS | Lead Project Designers must work for a Connecticut licensed Lead Consultant Contractor ($625 annual fee). If you are sole proprietor, you are required to be credentialed both as a Lead Consultant Contractor and hold the Lead Project Designer designation. |
REFRESHER TRAINING | Annual refresher training and application renewal is required. |
RECIPROCITY | Connecticut accepts licensing and training from EPA-accredited and EPA-authorized lead programs, however the individual and company must still register with the state of CT. |
